Using Our Shopping Cart System

The easiest, most convenient way to order is using our shopping cart system. When you see something you want, all you have to do is enter a quantity and press the "Add" button, and the item is added to your shopping cart. When you press the "Add" button, only the current item is processed. You will then see a listing of what is currently in your shopping cart, and have options to continue shopping, check out, delete selected items or empty the cart (clear all items). On each page, you'll see a button that says "View Shopping Cart/Checkout," which you can use to review your selections at any time.

When you check out, you will be taken to a page where you will enter information about shipping and payment method. After you press the button labeled "Submit Order," you will see your order displayed with shipping, tax (if applicable) and the total cost of your order. You will also see your shipping and payment selections for your review. If everything is correct, simply press "Confirm." If you need to go back to the previous page to change some information, you can use the back button on your browser. After you confirm your order, you will see a confirmation that it was placed successfully. You will also get an email confirmation within minutes, which will contain your order information. (Note: We do not include credit card numbers in the email.) Congratulations! You have just ordered from A2Z Hobbies!

If you live in our local area, you can place your order and it will be ready for you to pick up at our Elmhurst, IL store within one business day. Just select "Pick up at store" as the payment option.

Remember: 1) Any time you see something you want, just enter a quantity and press "Add," and the item is added to your order. 2) At any time, you can review your order by pressing the button labled "View Shopping Cart/Checkout." 3) During the ordering process, you can always go back to the previous page by using the "Back" button on your browser, or by clicking on "Back to Previous Page."

Shopping Cart Payment Options:

With our shopping cart system, you can pay one of three ways:

1. Use your credit card - We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. All orders are processed on a Secure Server, to protect your credit card information. If you have security concerns, click here for more information about handling transactions on a secure server.

2. Pay by Money Order - If you want to pay by money order (sorry, no checks), please use our shopping cart and select "Mail your payment to us" as your payment option. An invoice will be mailed to you, which you can send in with your payment.

3. Pick up at store - You can place your order on-line, and pay when you pick it up at the store. Orders placed on-line will be ready for pick-up within 24 hours, subject to stock availability.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days from the original date of purchase. You must receive authorization from us before returning any item(s). All returns must have an R.A. (return authorization) number accompany the product being returned. Returned items must be in new, unused, resalable condition and must be returned in the original packaging. Upon receipt, and after inspection of the returned item(s) we will issue a credit to your credit card, or a refund if you paid by money order or other means. Credits or refunds will be issued only for the exact price you paid for the item(s) returned. For a return authorization, please email Customer Service. Please accompany your request with your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return. You may also call us at 1-800-625-5142 between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday.

We only sell new, factory sealed products to our customers. However, in extremely rare cases, parts or instructions may be missing. This is due to the way it was originally packaged by the manufacturer. In these cases, the fastest and easiest solution is to have the manufacturer ship the missing items directly to you. If this occurs, please contact us. We will either contact the manufacturer for you, or provide you with the manufacturer contact information you need to get the missing item(s) quickly.

This return policy was instituted to provide you the fastest and easiest service in the event of a problem, while keeping our prices very competitive. We thank you for shopping with us, and look forward to serving you soon.

Our Pricing Policy

At A2Z we carry thousands of items, and maintain a very large database of product information. Occasionally, typographical errors may occur. In addition, our costs from the product manufacturer may change without our knowledge. In these cases, we reserve the right to adjust our selling price accordingly. In very rare cases, a price on an item you've ordered may change during or just after the time your order is placed. If this happens, we reserve the right to change the price and inform you of the change before processing your order.

In the extremely rare case of a pricing change, we will always contact you before processing your order, and before your credit card is charged for your approval to proceed with the order.
