Model Rocketry is one of the safest hobbies in the world-over 300 million model rockets have been launched since 1957! We feature the rocket lines from Aerotech, Estes, North Coast Rocketry and Quest. In many cases, these rockets are micro-versions of rockets flown all over this world and in galaxies near and far away. Estes boasts that their rockets are "not close to the real thing . . . they are the real thing!" And remember, since model rockets are reusable-you can fly them over and over again. They can zip to a hundred feet off the deck or soar thousands of feet above the earth. Mega fun!--and without really trying, you can even learn a little on why things fly-COOL!
