This charming dollhouse is designed in the style of Carpenter Gothic with 2 bay windows, 2 balconies, and long pointed gables with elaborate decorative trim around the porch, balconies and roof. 4 large rooms, a spacious L-shaped attic and a little closet under the staircase. Pre-cut plywood with tab and slot assembly, which means no nails or screws are required. Silkscreen printed windows. Shingles and clapboard siding. Includes all parts to assembly one dollhouse with clear and well illustrated instructions with schematic diagrams. 1/1 Scale, Weighs 20 pounds, 25 inches wide, 22 inches high and 17.25 inches deep. Requires assembly, hot melt glue gun, wood glue, paint, pencil, straight edge ruler, hobby knife, masking tape, empty containers, sandpaper and wood filler. MADE IN THE USA
